We have booked guest room with really nice facilities. The setting was magnificent, short walk to Zell am Ziller, Mayrhofen and Kaltenbach, Zillertal Arena, 20km drive from Hintertux and centre of the town. A large medieval baptistery was also not very far from the hotel:)))

I absolutely loved the beautiful decoration of the hotel. The fine fabrics in warm colors added a touch of luxury to my stay. It made me feel like I was in a stylish setting, surrounded by elegance. The hotel's general areas were also very accessible for senior people like me, with everything easily within reach.
Just one small improvement I would suggest is for the staff to be a bit more attentive to the needs of senior guests. It would have been nice to receive a little extra assistance or consideration during my vacation.

We spent our New Year at a comfortable hotel with friendly staff. We appreciated the free parking and easy access to various ski areas. The breakfast was ample and offered a variety of options. We also enjoyed having a kitchenette in the room for self-catering purposes and the proximity of a supermarket.
We missed having a water kettle and fridge in the room. , the limited reception hours made it difficult for us to check-in late at night.
